UK's Top 5 iOS Drawing & Coloring Apps Perform in Q1 2021

The first quarter of 2021 has been an interesting period for Drawing & Coloring applications on the iOS platform in the United Kingdom. Data provided by Sensor Tower gives us a closer look at how the top 5 apps in this category fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Crazy Labs' Phone Case DIY started the quarter with around 98K downloads, which tapered to about 19K by the end of March. Its weekly active users followed a similar downward trend, starting at 167K and dropping to nearly 68K in the same time frame.

X-Flow's Happy Color® Art Coloring Book, on the other hand, maintained a more consistent performance. The app's revenue peaked in mid-January at over $2.4K, settling at $820 by the close of March. Downloads saw a slight decrease from 19K to 12K, while weekly active users remained robust, starting at 210K and ending the quarter with 214K.

Lion Studios' Silhouette Art displayed modest revenue throughout the quarter, with an initial $77 revenue dropping to $56 by the end of Q1. Downloads saw a decrease from approximately 23K to 7K, and weekly active users declined from 34K to about 11K.

Color by Number：Coloring Games by Wildlife Inc showed a strong revenue performance, starting at around $16K and ending the quarter at just over $10K. The app's downloads dipped from 23K to 7K, while weekly active users saw a decrease from 122K to 67K.

Lastly, Sandbox - Pixel Art Coloring by Alexey Grigorkin brought in revenues starting at around $8.6K, finishing the quarter at $7.1K. Downloads for the app decreased from 9K to 5K, and weekly active users saw a slight drop from 552K to 439K.
